Edenred Capital Partners is the Corporate Venture Capital investment arm of Edenred group.
We are looking for talented entrepreneurs leading innovative projects and companies, with high growth potential in sectors adjacent to Edenred.
We take minority stakes, usually alongside other investment funds.
We provide financial support and also contribute to the company's strategic and commercial discussions alongside entrepreneurs.
The structure of our organisation facilitates relationships within Edenred's ecosystem to generate operational synergies.
Philippe Dufour is Executive Vice President, Alternative Investments at Edenred group and Director at Edenred Capital Partners.
Philippe combines entrepreneurial flair with financial expertise. He is the founder of Prepay Technologies, a company he sold in 2007 to Accor Services, which has been renamed Edenred since its spin-off from Accor group. Following the sale of his company, Philippe continued to serve as CEO to successfully transform Prepay Technologies into a joint-venture between Accor Services and MasterCard International.
In January 2010, Philippe joined Edenred group as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Development, before becoming Executive Vice President, Alternative Investments in April 2012.
Philippe is a member of Edenred's Executive Committee.
Philippe holds a Master in Economics from the University of Aix-en-Provence and an MBA from London Business School.

Norbert Furnion is Director at Edenred Capital Partners.
Norbert began his career in the audit department of PriceWaterhouse in Paris before moving into investment banking in London, with UBS, DLJ, and Wasserstein Perella. He then joined financial institutions specialist Keefe, Bruyette & Woods to launch its investment banking operations in Continental Europe.
Keen to strengthen his ties with the world of Venture Capital, Norbert participated in the launch of Edenred Capital Partners.
Norbert holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law from the University of Aix-en-Provence and an MBA from the London Business School.
Bertrand Dumazy is Chairman and CEO of Edenred group and is member of Edenred Capital Partners' Investment Committee.
He started his career in 1994 as a consultant with Bain & Company, first in Paris and later in Los Angeles. He then worked as the Investment Director of BC Partners in 1999 before founding Constructeo.
In 2002, he joined the Neopost group. Initially head of Marketing and Strategy, he was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Neopost France in 2005 and then Chief Financial Officer for the Neopost group in 2008. In 2011, he became Chairman and CEO of Deutsch, a world leader in high performance connectors, a position he held until the group was acquired by TE Connectivity.
In 2012, he joined Materis as Senior Vice-President and then CEO and eventually Chairman and CEO of Cromology. In October 2015, he was appointed Chairman and CEO of Edenred Group. In November 2015, he became Chairman of the Supervisory Board of UTA.
Bertrand is a graduate of ESCP Europe with an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Patrick Bataillard is Executive Vice President, Finance for Edenred Group and member of Edenred Capital Partners' Investment Committee.
He began his career at Ernst & Young in 1986. Four years later, he joined CCMX (Concept group) where he held several jobs.
In 1998, he joined Norbert Dentressangle as a financial controller, before becoming Chief Financial Officer of the Transport division in 2000. In 2001, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Norbert Dentressangle group and Executive Board member in charge of support functions. Following the acquisition of Norbert Dentressangle by US group XPO Logistics, Patrick Bataillard acted as Chief Financial Officer for the group until 2015.
In November 2015, he became Executive Vice President, Finance for Edenred Group.
Patrick is a graduate of EM Lyon Business School and holds a degree in finance and accounting.
